Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Significant experience in enterprise, lead, solution, application or technology architecture roles.
• Strong background in application architecture, integration architecture, cloud platforms, data flows, APIs and enterprise systems.
• Practical understanding of IAM architecture, including SSO, MFA, federation, RBAC, PAM, identity lifecycle and access governance.
• Experience defining architecture standards, leading design reviews and influencing senior technical and business stakeholders.
• Security and identity knowledge certifications desirable (e.g., CISSP, Microsoft Identity).
• IT service and governance knowledge desirable (e.g., ITIL, COBIT).
• Architecture certification desirable (TOGAF, ArchiMate).
• Cloud certifications desirable (Azure, AWS).
• Security and identity knowledge certifications desirable, e.g. CISSP or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Define architecture standards and design principles across the ILF Group.
• Ensure coherent application and integration architecture across platforms.
• Govern application architecture including target landscape and modernization patterns.
• Define integration architecture standards, API principles, data and event flows.
• Lead architectural reviews of major initiatives and align designs with enterprise standards.
• Maintain technology consistency and prevent fragmentation across regions.
• Develop roadmaps and transition plans for architecture evolution.
• Support architecture governance forums with recommendations and risk assessments.
