Zusammenfassung

UNIQA IT Services GmbH (UITS), the IT service provider for the UNIQA Insurance Group, is seeking a Lead Solution Architect for the Agentic AI Platform. You will own end-to-end architecture, ensuring scalability, security, reusability, and operability aligned with enterprise standards.

You will define patterns for agent orchestration, tool integration, memory design, RAG, and governance, while guiding development and DevOps teams to implement consistently and securely.

Qualifikationen

• Strong experience in enterprise/solution/platform architecture for complex software platforms.
• Hands-on understanding of Python-based backend development, APIs, distributed systems, and modular design.
• Solid knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, IaC, cloud-native deployment, container platforms, observability, and operations readiness.

Aufgaben

• Define and maintain target architecture for the Agentic AI Platform across runtime, orchestration, tool integration, and model access.
• Translate business needs into reusable platform capabilities and implementation guidance.
• Guide developers and DevOps on architecture, deployment, security, and scalability considerations.
• Review designs and ensure clear separation between shared platform capabilities and use-case specific logic.
• Document architecture decisions, patterns, and risk mitigation.
