MADx – Macro Array Diagnostics GmbH is recruiting for a full-time role in Vienna focused on quality management and regulatory compliance within a laboratory setting. The position involves maintaining documentation standards, coordinating safety records, and supporting calibration and audits.

The role requires a life science background, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.

Qualifikationen

• Completed education in a life science discipline and practical experience in a laboratory environment.
• Experience with quality management, structured documentation or regulatory compliance.
• Organised and self-directed with a proactive mindset.
• Excellent command of English; German language skills are advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Work safety: risk assessments, training records, incident documentation, and liaison with EHS.
• Quality management: logbooks, calibration and maintenance records, audit preparation and response.
• Order management: purchasing, inventory and stock levels.
• Budget overview: tracking spend vs. plan and flagging variances early.
• Device responsibility: maintenance and calibration schedules, lifecycle planning.
• Documentation standards: strengthen how work is recorded across the department.

For the cooperation in our team, we offer a payment in line with collective agreement (KV Handwerk und Gewerbe) based on a full-time position. Your actual salary depends on your previous experience and qualifications.
