In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.
Lead the day-to-day operation of multiple R&D laboratories and workshops, ensuring effective coordination of personnel, equipment, infrastructure, and laboratory services
Manage laboratory operations and infrastructure, including equipment maintenance and calibration, inventory, space planning, asset lifecycle management, and laboratory investments
Own laboratory safety and compliance by driving EHS programs, promoting a strong safety culture, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company standards
Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement byoptimizinglaboratory efficiency, availability, long-term reliability testing, and cross-functional collaboration to support evolving R&D needs
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering,Operations, Maintenance, or a related technical field
Several years of experience managing laboratories, workshops, technical facilities, production test environments, or engineering operations
Goodknowledge of laboratory operations, equipment lifecycle management, maintenance planning, operational processes, and laboratory or industrial safety management
Strong organizational, project management, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions, cultures, and all organizational levels in an international matrix environment
Hands-on and pragmatic leadership style with strong coaching, problem-solving, change management, and continuous improvement capabilities; fluent in Englisch, German is an advantage
