Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating various changes carried out by local and international suppliers.
- Proposing and implementing improvements to existing processes.
- Managing Active Directory, Azure AD, M365, SCCM/Intune, and performing project and change activities, as well as regular operational maintenance tasks (including security-driven) using existing scripts.
- Managing the team’s telephone system to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Supervising and executing a range of recurring management tasks.
- Participating in projects both as a consultant and in an executive capacity.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate is analytically strong with excellent communication skills, making it easy to interact with the business, suppliers, and other stakeholders. You enjoy teamwork and collaboration.
Additionally, you have:
- A completed HBO/Degree education in an IT discipline.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in IT Service Management.
- Experience within a production environment (advantageous).
- Knowledge of ITIL (certification is an advantage).
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Azure, SCCM & Intune, M365, and Windows (MCSE) knowledge.
- Organizational and self-starting abilities, with a structured way of working.
- Travel readiness to different places as per Opco Guidelines and on an as-needed basis within the country you work.
- Availability for any critical issues like P1 or P2 outside offshore hours.
- Maintain agreed SLAs.
- Flexible to support any H&F Data Rooms, Network, Servers, etc., and coordinate with offshore teams.
