About the Role

As a Kitchen Manager at Sue's, you’ll oversee the heartbeat of our operations—the kitchen. Your role will combine leadership, creativity, and an eye for detail to ensure food quality, team performance, and smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing kitchen team that thrives in a fun and fast-paced environment.
  • Food Quality and Safety: Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety. You'll be the champion of consistency and excellence in every meal we serve.
  • Operational Efficiency: Manage kitchen schedules, inventory, and workflows to ensure timely and efficient service during peak hours.
  • Budget and KPIs: Work closely with the ownership team to manage kitchen budgets, control food costs, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaboration: Partner with the Front-of-House Manager to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for both staff and customers.
  • Innovation: Bring new ideas to the table to improve processes and menu offerings while staying true to the Sue's brand.
