Job summary

Zoku Vienna is looking for a Kitchen Helper to be the backbone of our Living Kitchen. You’ll keep the kitchen clean, organized, and HACCP-compliant, manage dishwashing, deep cleaning, deliveries, and assist with basic food preparation so chefs can focus on cooking.

You’ll work mornings, mids and evenings with flexible hours, collaborating with front and back of house, and upholding Zoku’s standards. English fluency required; EU resident status preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in working in a kitchen or stewarding.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keep the kitchen running: ensure all equipment, dishes, and workspaces are clean and ready for service.
• Support the chefs with food preparation and mise en place for breakfast, lunch, dinner and events.
• Handle deliveries, storage and waste in line with food safety guidelines.
• Maintain food safety standards by following HACCP procedures.
• Be part of the team and help create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Live the Zoku Brand Service Standards in all areas of the Living Kitchen.
