To strengthen our customer service in Wolfurt, we are looking to fill the following position:

KEY ACCOUNT SERVICE NORTH AMERICA

DEINE AUFGABEN

As key account service for the US subsidiary of LTW you will be the main point of contact for the service departments of LTW USA and LTW AT.

1. Handling and management of all service related items between the U.S. service department and AT. Based at the headquarter in Wolfurt (AT).
2. Representation of the US service team‘s interests in Austria for all new development and processes implemented.
3. Active involvement in the advancement, expansion and success of the service department in North America.
4. Capability to work independently and in an organized manner, along with proficient IT skills.
