Job Title
Key Account Manager
Job Description
As Key Account Manager HPM, you will be responsible for maximizing order intake, sales, price realization, and customer satisfaction while developing and optimizing relationships within your dedicated region. The role aims to ensure long-term profitability at your accounts for the HPM segment of the portfolio.

This is a field position.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Maximizing order intake, sales, and price realization for HPM.
  • Maintaining ongoing relationships with accounts (hospitals, medical institutions).
  • Identifying new opportunities within your portfolio.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of local marketing strategies for HPM.

Qualifications and skills required:

  • University degree; medical educational background is a plus.
  • Experience in sales or account management, preferably in healthcare.
  • Knowledge of marketing and sales techniques.
  • Proficiency in English and Polish.
  • Strong negotiation skills within set guidelines and sales plans.
  • High business acumen.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
