British American Tobacco Austria has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Supply Chain Executive (m/w/d) in Vienna, available for a 1-year fixed-term position.

The Junior Supply Chain Executive delivers accurate monthly forecast of shipments and ensures on time and in full delivery of products to the customer. Additionally, the job holder is the single point of contact for the customer from order placement until delivery. The jobholder reviews production planning as well as wrapping material stock and proposes actions to minimize write offs.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

1. Deliver accurate monthly forecast of shipments
2. Place the order received from the customer within the system and ensures shipment schedule in order to avoid OOS
3. Act as trouble shooter whenever issues with production and/or logistics occur
4. Review wholesaler stock and monitors production planning
5. Regularly check wrapping material and finished goods stock and propose actions to minimize write-offs in case there are risks
6. Ensure timely delivery of all volume related reporting
7. Ensure alignment of processes and systems to the Regional/Global requirements, at the same time supporting local business goals.
8. Additionally, you will have an opportunity to participate in Supply development initiatives, Austria & Switzerland cluster process standardization

1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a focus on Supply Chain / Engineering / Strategy & Planning or similar
2. Business fluent English & German
3. Good analytical skills and excellent Excel knowledge / SAP is an advantage
4. Eager to learn and seeking challenges
5. Independence and solution-oriented work
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Project management skills is an advantage
8. Proactive and highly motivated!
