Jobbeschreibung

What will your day look like?
  • Acquire new B2B clients in FMCG (modern & traditional trade);
  • Manage operations and communication with B2B customers;
  • Implement GymBeam's commercial strategy with customers;
  • Negotiate contracts and annual terms in cooperation with the Head of B2B;
  • Analyze market data using internal data software;
  • Monitor specific goals, ensuring they are met, focusing on margin, profit, and revenue.
Who are we looking for?
  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales (FMCG), with knowledge of operations, category management, and data analysis advantageous;
  • Experience in operations management, category management, and data analysis;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
  • Excellent organizational and planning abilities;
  • Proficiency in English at B2 level;
  • Ambitious, proactive, and dynamic personality with a growth mindset.
