Job summary

motion06 GmbH in Lengau, Austria is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support planning, coordination, and implementation of a wide range of international projects.

You will gradually take on more responsibility, work with internal and external partners, and develop your project management skills in a hands-on environment with flexible hours and a casual culture. English communication and MS Office proficiency are important.

Are you organized, a good communicator, and eager to play an active role in shaping exciting projects? As a Junior Project Manager, you’ll support our team in planning, coordinating, and implementing a wide variety of projects. Along the way, you’ll gradually take on more responsibility and continue to grow both professionally and personally.

Here are your responsibilities

• You’ll support our experienced project managers in successfully implementing international projects. Step by step, you’ll take on your own projects and oversee them from planning through to final implementation
• You’ll serve as the point of contact for internal and external partners
• You’ll plan and coordinate internal resources across departments, as well as external partners, to ensure your projects are implemented on time and without errors
• You identify opportunities and risks and manage your projects accordingly
• You prepare project reports, analyze relevant key metrics, and document the results for management

What you bring to the table

• You have a solid educational background and technical understanding
• Ideally, you have already gained some experience in project management or project execution, though this is not a requirement
• You are known for your well-organized, structured, and reliable approach to work
• Good English skills enable you to communicate confidently in an international environment
• Working with MS Office systems is part of your daily routine
• You tackle challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, have a hands‑on attitude, and keep a cool head even in stressful situations

You’ll start with us at a starting salary of €3,150.00 per month. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we’re willing to offer a higher salary.
