SPORTRADAR Austria is seeking a Junior Digital Marketing Manager - Programmatic Trader in Vienna to own and optimize programmatic campaigns using our DSP. You will serve as the primary client contact, develop relationships, and drive growth with data-driven approaches.

The role requires at least 2 years of hands-on programmatic experience, strong English communications, and preferably German. The team operates in a fast-paced, international environment and offers flexible, autonomous working

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with programmatic trading on the demand side (DSP experience essential).
• Experience in client-facing roles with strong communication skills.
• Expertise in programmatic campaign strategy and conversion optimization.
• Strong knowledge of ad tracking technologies, ad servers, and conversion tracking.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent English communication; German preferred; additional European languages a plus.
• Experience in an agency, consulting, or iGaming industry is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Take ownership of programmatic campaigns from day one and optimize for success.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients in programmatic advertising.
• Develop senior-level client relationships and manage programmatic operations, reporting, and growth.
• Advise clients on programmatic strategies and DSP capabilities to build data-driven plans.
• Collaborate with the Client Partner team to provide deep programmatic expertise.
• Educate clients about emerging programmatic opportunities.
• Work with product teams to relay client feedback and improve products.
