Your territory
As part of our Performance Marketing team, you will:
- Take ownership of paid social campaigns across selected markets - from planning and execution to reporting and optimization
- Collaborate with our internal design team and external creators to produce platform-optimized, engaging ad creatives
- Support and develop A/B testing strategies to improve campaign performance
- Monitor key metrics and improve campaigns based on data-driven insights
- Stay up-to-date with trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid social advertising
- Learn from experienced teammates, take initiative, and grow into more responsibility as you develop
- Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
- Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level
Your profile
Key requirements:
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns (especially Meta platforms – Facebook & Instagram)
- Solid understanding of campaign structure, targeting, and performance KPIs
- First experience in analyzing data and optimizing campaigns based on insights
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or Meta Ads Manager
- A creative eye and interest in working with visual ad content
- A proactive, curious mindset with a strong desire to grow in the field
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Valid Austrian work permit
