USound GmbH in Austria is seeking a software-focused AI/AOI specialist to join our semiconductor team. You will apply, maintain, and enhance AI-based AOI software for wafer failure detection and collaborate on data ingestion, transformation, and visualization with SQL databases such as BigQuery.

USound is disrupting the audio industry, setting new standards in audio experience, and maximizing the degrees of freedom in manufacturing wearables and hearables.

We are leaders in acoustic solutions based on MEMS speakers. Since 2018, we have been enabling our customers to bring new revolutionary audio products to the market. USound achieves this through radical miniaturization, power reduction, and increased production efficiency.

We offer preferably a full-time opportunity (38.5 h/week)for a motivated candidate interested in applying software, AI, and data skills in a practical semiconductor environment.

The main focus of the position is AI-based Automated Optical Inspection (AOI), database management, and process optimization. You will work with machine-learning software for wafer failure detection and analysis while contributing to the continuous improvement and automation of our inspection processes.
