Zusammenfassung

Octapharma Vienna site seeks a Group (Junior) Expert Validation - LIMS to ensure inspection-ready CSV documentation and end-to-end traceability for octaLIMS, while supporting ongoing validation activities.

The role requires a degree in Life Sciences, CS, or Engineering, with preferred pharma/regulatory exposure. Strong Excel skills and English communication are essential for cross-team collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• First experience in pharma or regulated industry is an advantage; graduates welcome.
• Familiarity with Computer System Validation (GAMP 5) is beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Review, update and structure the Excel-based traceability matrix with references, versions and releases.
• Ensure end-to-end traceability across validation documentation and identify missing information.
• Collaborate with colleagues and SMEs to gather relevant information.
• Maintain compliant CSV documentation and support validation-related CAPAs and inspection prep.
• Support validation activities, including OQ and handling discrepancies from validation testing.
