Basikon, a fast-growing SaaS firm, seeks a Senior Consultant Developer to join our remote-friendly, fintech-focused team. You will lead client projects from design to deployment, shape architecture decisions, and mentor junior developers across our international offices.

You’ll collaborate with product, tech, and client teams and own critical parts of the delivery from day one. You bring a Master’s degree or engineering degree, fluent German, strong English, and an autonomous, rigorous mindset.

As a Senior Consultant Developer, you'll sit at the crossroads of tech and business. Concretely, you will:

Lead the implementation of client projects, from design to deployment

Bring your technical expertise to architecture decisions and best practices

Mentor and support junior developers on the team if necessary

Work hand in hand with product, tech, and client teams across our international offices

You'll have real ownership and the autonomy to make an impact from day one.

The profile we're looking for

You have a Master's degree (Bac+5), an engineering degree, or equivalent in computer science or a related field
