Zusammenfassung

BLP Digital is seeking an ERP implementation lead to guide end-to-end deployments of our Native-AI-powered automation products for global enterprises. You will partner with clients, engineering and sales to tailor solutions, drive adoption, and translate business needs into scalable technical action.

In this role you will own delivery, manage multiple stakeholders, and contribute to a fast-paced, high-impact environment with ownership of outcomes and continuous learning.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and communication skills: translate business needs into technical action.
• Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with ERP environments or AI-driven SaaS solutions is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with P2P or O2C processes is a strong advantage.

Location

This is a full-time position. Following a comprehensive onboarding period at our HQ in central Zurich, the role will be based remotely or hybrid from Germany or Austria. As team collaboration is of great importance to us, we highly encourage remote team members to join us in Zurich at least once a month. These visits are financially supported by blp.

What you'll do

• Own the implementation journey end-to-end, from understanding client requirements to ensuring smooth delivery, high customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
• Translate complexity into clarity: design scalable, tailored solutions that align with customer workflows and business goals.
• Collaborate closely with our engineering team to tackle technical challenges, adapt the system to customers' unique processes and ensure successful integration with existing systems.
• Be the client's trusted partner: anticipate needs, surface insights, and ensure they realise the full potential of blp's automation.
• Work with sales to design tailored implementation plans aligned with customer needs and drive deep product adoption.
• Feed the product loop: surface what isn't working and translate that feedback into long-term platform improvements.

• Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence working with and presenting to native-speaking clients.
• Experience with ERP environments or cutting-edge AI-driven SaaS solutions is a definite plus.
• Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) process flows is a strong advantage.
