Zusammenfassung

Basikon in Austria is seeking a Senior JavaScript Consultant Developer to join our fintech-focused SaaS team. You will own end-to-end JavaScript-driven solutions across front and back ends and lead client projects from design through deployment.

You will mentor junior developers, drive architectural decisions, and collaborate with product, tech, and client teams across our international offices. Fluency in German and strong English are required.

We’re looking for a Senior JavaScript Consultant Developer to join our team in Austria.

Your mission

As a Senior Consultant Developer, you’ll sit at the crossroads of tech and business. Concretely, you will:

• Design, develop, and configure solutions on our platform (front and back, with JavaScript at the core)

• Lead the implementation of client projects, from design to deployment

• Bring your technical expertise to architecture decisions and best practices

• Mentor and support junior developers on the team if necessary

• Work hand in hand with product, tech, and client teams across our international offices

You’ll have real ownership and the autonomy to make an impact from day one.

The profile we’re looking for

• You have a Master’s degree (Bac+5), an engineering degree, or equivalent in computer science or a related field
• You bring at least 1 year of professional experience in JavaScript development
• You have strong command of JavaScript (front and back) and modern development practices
• You speak fluent German — it’s essential for this role — as well as strong English, both written and spoken
• You’re autonomous, rigorous, and enjoy solving complex problems
• You like understanding the “why” behind the “how” and sharing your knowledge with others
