Qualifikationen

  • Erste Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion und/oder abgeschlossenes Studium.

Junior HR Generalist - Leased Labor - Vienna (m/f/d)

Your mission

  • Support COE modules with professional HR policy, process, IT and template (e.g., budget management, recruitment and allocation, performance management, people-job appointment, C Q, talent development, HQ project subsidy support, etc.);
  • Support daily communication with HQ contact person;
  • Support platform HRBP topics and team operations;
  • Follow up and archive visa progress of expatriates and respond to staff inquiries;
  • Maintain the expatriates’ guidebook, support the expatriates’ onboarding and offboarding process, and administrate the onboarding experience of expatriates, ensuring a positive start in Austria;
  • Support non-employee management;
  • Cooperate with the HR team to support HR team operations.

Your areas of expertise

  • Initial experience in a similar function and/or completed academic degree, e.g., in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business or another related field;
  • Work experience in HR; experience in a high-end research environment is advantageous.
  • International working experience across different functions and/or countries;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills combined with team spirit, intercultural awareness for European and Asian culture, and openness for an international environment in a Chinese company;
  • Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin), fluent in English; German is a plus;
  • Basic knowledge of German labour law or visa issues is advantageous.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and online collaboration tools.
