What we’re looking for:

• 1 year+ / Internship experience in a HR team within the DACH region, especially in fast-paced technology environments.
• Fluent/native German communication skills, with experience hiring for tech start-ups and scale-ups
• Strong relationship-building skills with both hiring managers and candidates.
• A genuine commitment to diversity, inclusion, and providing a great candidate/employee experience.
• Based within a commutable distance of our office in Klagenfurt.
