AUSTRIA JUICE Group seeks an experienced Controller to join the Finance team at our Kroellendorf headquarters. You will support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, perform controlling across production, sales, and projects, and analyze KPIs to drive actionable improvements.

You will work with SAP MM, FI, CO-PA, PP, leveraging strong Excel skills, and communicate in German and English. A home-office option may be available within a hybrid setup.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Controlling or Finance.
• Advanced Excel skills and SAP knowledge.
• Fluent German and good English, both written and spoken.
• Hands-on mentality with analytical and logical thinking; ability to work under pressure.

Aufgaben

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
• Perform production, sales, and project controlling.
• Monitor and analyze financial and operational KPIs.
• Conduct budget-to-actual comparisons and variance analyses; provide recommendations.
• Prepare and present reports for business departments and management.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and MTP processes.
• Conduct inventory valuation and impairment assessments.
• Develop cost accounting, profitability analysis, and contribution margin reporting.
• Perform transfer pricing analyses for subsidiaries.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of controlling processes and reporting systems.
