Zusammenfassung

ZAUNERGROUP Holding GmbH is seeking a Junior Electrical Engineering Technician in Austria. You will create and maintain electrical schematics with EPLAN Electric P8, design switchgear and control systems, and select components to drive projects forward.

Travel for national and international assignments will be required. You will run functional tests, support pre-commissioning, and commission machines on-site at our facilities and customer sites worldwide.

Qualifikationen

• Completed technical education (HTL, University of Applied Sciences or equivalent) in electrical engineering or automation technology.
• Good command of German and English.

Aufgaben

• Create and maintain electrical schematics using EPLAN Electric P8 and design switchgear and control systems.
• Select components and manage projects from design to implementation.
• Perform functional tests and pre-commissioning activities.
• Commission machines and systems on-site and at international customer sites.
• Troubleshoot and optimize control and automation systems.
• Collaborate with design, project management and production teams.

As a Junior Electrical Engineering Technician, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience, take on responsibility, and work alongside experienced colleagues to develop innovative solutions.

• Creation and maintenance of electrical schematics using EPLAN Electric P8, as well as design of switchgear and control systems
• Selection of components and handling of projects
• Execution of functional tests and pre-commissioning activities
• Commissioning of machines and systems in-house and at (international) customer sites
• Troubleshooting and optimization of control and automation systems
• Collaboration with design, project management, and production teams
• Completed technical education (HTL, university of applied sciences, or equivalent) in electrical engineering or automation technology
• Knowledge of EPLAN Electric P8
• Knowledge of PLC systems (e.g., Siemens TIA Portal) is an advantage
• Willingness to travel for national and international assignments
• Good command of German and English

Compensation

We would like to point out that the collective agreement minimum salary in the attractive metal industry collective agreement is €2.727,40 gross per month. The actual salary ranges between €3,000.00 and €3,500.00 gross and will be determined jointly with you depending on your qualifications and experience.
