ZAUNERGROUP Holding GmbH in Austria is seeking an Electrical Technician (m/f/d) with a focus on EPLAN Design to drive electrical schematic work, switchgear design, and commissioning across projects. You will collaborate with design, project management, and production teams to deliver robust control solutions.

The role requires several years of electrical engineering experience, strong EPLAN Electric P8 expertise, and willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

Qualifikationen

• Completed technical education (HTL, university of applied sciences, or equivalent) in electrical engineering or automation technology.
• Several years of experience in electrical engineering design and commissioning.
• Very good knowledge of EPLAN Electric P8.
• Knowledge of PLC systems (e.g., Siemens TIA Portal) is an advantage.
• Experience in mechanical or plant engineering.
• Willingness to travel for national and international assignments.
• Good command of German and English.

Aufgaben

• Creation and maintenance of electrical schematics using EPLAN Electric P8, as well as design of switchgear and control systems.
• Selection of components and handling of projects
• Execution of functional tests and pre-commissioning activities
• Commissioning of machines and systems in-house and at (international) customer sites
• Troubleshooting and optimization of control and automation systems
• Collaboration with design, project management, and production teams

Compensation

We would like to point out that the collective agreement minimum salary in the attractive metal industry collective agreement is €3.109,21 gross per month. The actual salary ranges between €3,500.00 and €4,500.00 gross and will be determined jointly with you depending on your qualifications and experience.
