Santé Studios in Vienna seeks a creative and highly organised Junior Content & Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team in Vienna and help drive organic growth. You will work across content, social media, influencer partnerships and campaigns with a focus on Instagram and TikTok.

The role is ideal for someone early in their career who is passionate about fashion, social media, who is hands on, and highly organised.

Qualifikationen

• 1-3 years of experience in content creation, social media, influencer marketing or a related field; internships, agency work and experience with your own channels are also relevant
• Strong hands on short form video skills with the ability to shoot and edit content independently
• Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok and current social media culture
• Genuine interest in fashion, branding and visual storytelling
• Good understanding of the creator landscape; an existing network in the DACH region is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Fluent German and English
• Experience with Shopify, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut/Premiere Pro, Google Workspace, Notion and Klaviyo

Aufgaben

• Film and edit Instagram Reels, TikToks and other short form content
• Turn campaign shoots and existing brand assets into multiple pieces of social content
• Create and source organic and creator content that can also be used for campaigns
• Capture BTS content during campaigns, photoshoots and everyday studio life
• Maintain a consistent visual identity and tone across all content
• Research creators who fit our aesthetic, audience and brand positioning
• Handle creator outreach, follow ups and ongoing communication
• Support affiliate and ambassador partnerships
• Organise creator content and identify opportunities to repurpose it across our channels
• Maintain an organised creator database and track results
• Plan and maintain the monthly content calendar, with a primary focus on Instagram and TikTok
• Adapt relevant trends, bring new content ideas and formats to the Santé Studios brand
• Support content distribution across Pinterest, Facebook and LinkedIn where relevant
• Help develop creative concepts, moodboards and shot lists for campaigns and shoots
• Help research and coordinate locations, models, photographers and videographers
• Help coordinate shoot logistics, production schedules and post-production delivery
• Support additional brand and marketing projects where needed
