StepChange Consulting is seeking (Junior) Consultants in Vienna, Austria to join an international team and work with top management on transformational change and digital strategy development across Europe and beyond.

You will contribute to international engagements within a dynamic, flat-structured company culture, with opportunities for learning and future partnership potential. A compensation above the relevant Austrian collective bargaining agreement is offered.
