Join our Capital Markets Compliance team, part of the Group Compliance division, and play a key role in managing investor protection and market conduct rules (MiFID2, WAG 2018), as well as preventing and detecting market abuse (MAR, BörseG 2018).

Your role at RBI
- Analyze regulatory requirements on investor protection and market conduct and develop comprehensive implementation strategies to ensure compliance.
- Provide practical guidance to business units on RBI policies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor compliance with investor protection and market conduct rules, including best execution, product governance, conflicts of interest, and inducements.
- Perform market abuse prevention controls and ensure suspicious transactions are properly identified, documented, and reported.
- Support the development and delivery of compliance training programs.
- Design, develop, and review compliance processes, integrating them into IT systems using technologies like machine learning and RPA.
Your core competencies
- University degree in law, economics, or a related field, or professional experience in finance.
- Experience in compliance, consultancy, or with a financial regulator is highly valued.
- Strong interest and understanding of financial markets and instruments.
- Innovative, curious, with a talent for process automation and optimization.
- Collaborative, flexible, resilient team player with problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English skills; knowledge of German and CEE/SEE languages is an advantage.
