Join our Capital Markets Compliance team, part of the Group Compliance division, and play a key role in managing investor protection and market conduct rules (MiFID2, WAG 2018), as well as preventing and detecting market abuse (MAR, BörseG 2018).

Your role at RBI

• Analyze regulatory requirements on investor protection and market conduct and develop comprehensive implementation strategies to ensure compliance.
• Provide practical guidance to business units on RBI policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor compliance with investor protection and market conduct rules, including best execution, product governance, conflicts of interest, and inducements.
• Perform market abuse prevention controls and ensure suspicious transactions are properly identified, documented, and reported.
• Support the development and delivery of compliance training programs.
• Design, develop, and review compliance processes, integrating them into IT systems using technologies like machine learning and RPA.

Your core competencies

• University degree in law, economics, or a related field, or professional experience in finance.
• Experience in compliance, consultancy, or with a financial regulator is highly valued.
• Strong interest and understanding of financial markets and instruments.
• Innovative, curious, with a talent for process automation and optimization.
• Collaborative, flexible, resilient team player with problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English skills; knowledge of German and CEE/SEE languages is an advantage.
