Hitachi Energy Dry Transformers Switzerland SA is seeking a finance and administration professional to join our team in Ticino, Switzerland. You will support invoicing, VAT handling, document management, and cross‑functional coordination in a dynamic, international environment.

You will gain hands‑on experience in accounting processes and contribute to timely reporting while collaborating with colleagues across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Strong interest in finance, administration and structured work processes.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic accounting software.
• Comfortable communicating in Italian and English (written and spoken).

Aufgaben

• Record and enter invoices, keeping accounting data up to date.
• Prepare documents for incoming orders including VAT and customs forms.
• Monitor payments and update accounting records regularly.
• Send reminders and initiate collection processes if needed.
• Check, archive, and store various administrative documents.
• Prepare reports, minutes, and correspondence from notes or recordings.
• Respond to mail and confirm orders professionally.
• Support cross‑functional teams with administrative tasks.
