Job summary

BOND is seeking an engineer to join the AI features team, taking on real product responsibility from day one. You will ship production code, work with senior engineers, and help shape model choices with data-driven decisions.

You will grow into a strong AI/LLM engineer, benefiting from mentorship and a hybrid work setup from our Vienna office, with direct collaboration with the founders and opportunities to influence critical product features.

Qualifications

• Solid programming fundamentals in at least one language.
• Genuine curiosity about applied AI — side projects, coursework, or experiments welcome.
• The habit of finishing things and asking good questions along the way.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve AI-powered product features alongside senior engineers.
• Write, test, and ship production code — not prototypes.
• Help evaluate model and prompt changes so quality decisions are grounded in data.
• Learn how AI systems behave at real scale, with real users and real constraints.
• Grow: the goal of this role is to make you a strong AI/LLM engineer, fast.
