Qualifications

• Completed commercial or accounting education (HAK/HAS or apprenticeship).
• Initial professional experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable, or finance admin is preferred.
• Strong German and English skills (C1).
• Knowledge of Austrian bookkeeping and VAT is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day accounts payable and bookkeeping activities.
• Receive, review, code, and process supplier invoices.
• Prepare payment runs and assist banking processes.
• Support bank, vendor, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Support AP/AR processes and expense reimbursements.
• Coordinate VAT-related processes with external accountants.
