To strengthen our motivated Group Information Management Team at our headquarters in Vienna, we are looking for a passionate IT Vendor Procurement Manager (m/f/d).

Your Role

• You monitor and manage the procurement of IT licenses to ensure compliance with organizational needs and licensing agreements.
• You develop and implement strategies for effective license procurement and cost optimization.
• You collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess IT procurement needs and address any issues or concerns.
• You drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the procurement and management of licenses.
• You negotiate with vendors to secure favorable contract terms and optimize license costs.
• You monitor and report on overall IT procurement expenditures and identify opportunities for cost savings.

Your Profile

• You have a degree in business economics or a similar field.
• You have already gained 5 years of experience in a comparable position and enjoy working in an international and fast-paced environment.
• You have procurement experience with an operational background.
• You are experienced in developing and implementing strategies for IT licenses.
• You possess strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex projects to evaluate vendor performance and identify areas for improvement.
• You keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in IT procurement and vendor management.
• You have strong negotiation skills and communicate fluently in written and spoken English (C1+) with vendors and internal stakeholders; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
