Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor in Vienna is seeking an experienced IT interface specialist to develop, implement and support system interfaces to/from BD. You will conduct technical requirements analyses with customers and assist the sales team in defining the technical scope.

You will install and support interface software, work with project managers to assess risks, ensure stability and timely updates for all customers, and provide remote helpdesk support for customers and distributors.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent in IT is required.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, databases, server-based solutions, VMs and networks.
• Experience with secure infrastructure solutions.
• Experience planning and implementing enterprise-scale projects.
• Ability to provide remote support to customers (VPN, RDP, etc.).
• Experience with remote management platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with Agile, cross-functional teams.
• Fluent German and good English skills.
• A third language (French or Spanish) is a plus.
