At our Vienna location, we manage our international operations and are currently seeking to strengthen our team with a committed and skilled IT Specialist for System Integration (m/f/d) with a strong affinity for Networking & Cloud technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and network infrastructures
• Configuration and administration of network components
• Management of server and client systems
• 2nd-level support: analysis, resolution, and documentation of technical issues - Administration and optimization of cloud services (e.g. Microsoft 365, Azure)
• Development and maintenance of hybrid IT environments, including cloud migration
• Ensuring IT security, system availability, and data protection through monitoring and backup solutions
• Collaboration on IT infrastructure projects (e.g. site networking, modernization, cloud integration)
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and network diagrams
• Close collaboration with internal departments and external service providers
• User Management in AD - Software Implementation/Rollout

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training or degree in IT, system integration, or a related field
• Solid experience in networking, system administration, and cloud environments
• Strong knowledge of Windows ans Mac OS environments
• Practical experience with network components
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365, Intune, and Apple Business Manager
• Good understanding of IT security, backup concepts, and monitoring tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and proactive approach
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
