You will design architectures across the ANEXIA portfolio—Virtual Data Center, Managed Hosting, Colocation, and customized IT solutions—and tailor them to client goals. Responsibilities

• Design of cloud and hybrid architectures based on the Anexia portfolio including VDC, Managed Hosting, Colocation and customized IT solutions.
• Identify optimal on-premises and cloud service combinations with sizing and cost analysis.
• Provide end-to-end presales support from requirements gathering to customer proposals.
• Create technical concepts, diagrams and solution documentation for offers and alignment.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service Owners and Technical Teams to refine solutions.

What this role is about and who we are looking for

As a Solutions Architect, you are the technical bridge between our sales teams and our customers' needs — you translate complex IT requirements into concrete, actionable solutions, making the difference between a good conversation and a won deal. If you combine technical depth with strong communication skills and want to build solutions rather than just advise, you've found the right place.

Your Tasks

• Design of individual cloud and hybrid architectures based on the Anexia portfolio: Virtual Data Center, Managed Hosting, Colocation andcustomized IT solutions
• Identification of the optimal combination of on-premises infrastructure and cloud services, including tailoredsizing and cost-efficiency analysis
• End-to-end support throughout the presales process: from requirements gathering and technical workshops to compellingcustomer proposal presentations
• Creation of technical concepts, architecture diagrams and solution documentation as a basis for customer offers and internal alignment
• Close collaboration with Sales, Service Owners and Technical Teams, with direct incorporation of customer feedback into solution refinement

Your Profile

• Completed technical degree (university, FH, HTL) or equivalent experience
• Experience in designing IaaS solutions: virtual servers, storage, networking and firewalling
• Solid knowledge of Linux and Windows server administration
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as KVM and VMware
• Understanding of common network topologies: VLANs, load balancing, DDoS protection and Anycast
• Experience with hybrid cloud scenarios, cloud connect solutions and Infrastructure-as-Code
• Experience with managed database or Kubernetes environments and understanding of backup and disaster recovery concepts
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus with a genuine passion for solving complex challenges
• Hands-on approach and ability to work independently
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
