IT Service Desk Engineer - 2nd & 3rd Level (m/f/d)

As a member of a motivated team of experts, you will actively participate in the introduction of new technologies as well as the administration of existing tools in a modern work environment.

Your Tasks

• Second and Third Level Support for end users and devices, including appropriate stakeholder management
• Management of Windows clients and mobile devices with Intune
• Management of SharePoint Online
• Management of meeting rooms and their hardware (MS Teams Rooms, A/V equipment, ...)
• Participation in various IT projects alongside your colleagues

Your Profile

• Completed technical training in the field of IT and/or minimum 3 years of practical experience in Windows client management
• Very good knowledge of general IT infrastructure
• Skilled in Intune administration
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID
• Good technical understanding and analytical thinking
• Excellent communication skills coupled with a high level of service orientation
• Very good English skills; knowledge of German would be a plus

We provide an attractive and performance-based salary, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade ("Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe") and we offer a minimum salary of € 46,000 gross per year. Actual compensation can be well above this standard.
