1. Degree or relevant professional experience in the relevant field
2. Experience in project management, ideally in an IT organization
3. Communication and teamwork skills for the effective integration of various stakeholders
4. Strategic and analytical thinking to easily grasp complex issues and derive innovative solutions
5. Professional language skills in German and English required

1. Project leadership and management of IT projects
2. Development and implementation of structural concepts in close cooperation with IT management
3. Analysis and improvement of existing IT standards and processes
4. Coordination between the teams, both within and outside IT
5. Support with the roll-out of the solutions in the global organizational units
