Your Tasks
- Review and enhance IT project management standards to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with governance frameworks, security policies, and regulatory requirements
- Support IT project teams in applying tailored project methodologies and promote knowledge sharing through targeted training and effective coaching
- Actively lead and manage IT projects, ensuring successful delivery from initiation to completion
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive IT project portfolio aligned with strategic IT and organizational goals
- Ensure effective resource planning and allocation across the entire IT project portfolio
Your Profile
- Several years of relevant professional experience in the field of Project Management, Project Governance, and Project Portfolio Management
- Strong experience with project (portfolio) management tools and (agile) project methodologies
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Team-oriented personality with an independent and precise working style
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; German skills are a plus

Further Information
Minimum Salary: Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 46,782.00.
