As IT Project / Application Manager - CRM (Fan Engagement) you have the coordinative IT responsibility for all CRM and marketing applications and projects of our subsidiaries in the Team Sports, Media and other non-beverage areas of Red Bull (e.g. RB Leipzig, EHC Red Bull München, Red Bull Media House). In a dynamic and innovative environment, you will have the opportunity to introduce and deliver modern solutions that delight fans worldwide.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

IT Project & Platform Management

You will support application projects and their implementation or, if necessary, take on a leading role as IT project manager. You will assess the requirements with the business departments, evaluate suitable solutions, define the project plan and determine the required internal and external resources. You use project management tools to structure your projects and keep an eye on milestones, budget and quality. After the project, you will take on operational coordination responsibility as IT platform owner and help shape the entire lifecycle of the application. You will plan and implement a suitable application strategy, develop the service further and ensure smooth operation.

Vendor Management

To deliver the projects and run the services, you will manage external partners and ensure smooth collaboration between all relevant units. You will be responsible for planning and controlling the resources (external consultants, budget, etc.).

Relationship & Account Management

You foster a trustful relationship with all departments and act as liaison to other IT departments to align on requirements, integrations, and sourcing decisions. You will also support and advise central stakeholders to ensure a high level of acceptance for technical solutions.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

• Completed studies in computer science or a comparable degree program, or equivalent practical experience
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the IT sector of a company - ideally in the application environment or in a consulting firm
• Experience in IT project and service management
• Basic knowledge of software development and architecture (especially SaaS/Cloud) as well as IT infrastructure knowledge
• Experience in the CRM/CDP/Marketing application environment is an advantage
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Collaborative and self-motivated personality
• Structured way of working, strong communication skills, solution- and goal-oriented, team player.
  
  

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,303 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
