Herold is seeking a Product Delivery Manager in Vienna to connect product, business, and engineering teams, translate priorities into actionable requirements, and drive initiatives from discovery through delivery.

You will work with APIs, data flows, and cross-functional teams to improve processes, solve business problems, and deliver scalable digital solutions with quality and on schedule. The role offers hybrid work and a competitive gross salary.

• Solid understanding of software development and backlog management.
• Experience with complex B2B or operational processes (finance/ERP/payments).
• Delivery coordination experience in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to frame problems and drive practical solutions.

Responsabilités

• Drive end-to-end delivery: translate priorities into user stories, acceptance criteria and delivery plans.
• Understand complex processes across finance and B2B workflows; identify dependencies and business problems.
• Bridge business and technology: apply technical fluency to APIs, data flows, interfaces and system boundaries.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery with Product, Engineering, QA and Tech Leads.
• Ensure quality and alignment with product strategy and acceptance criteria.
• Manage stakeholders with clear, transparent communication throughout the lifecycle.

As a Product Delivery Manager, you’ll connect product, business, and engineering teams, translate priorities into actionable requirements, and drive initiatives from discovery through delivery. Your Responsibilites:

• Drive end-to-end delivery: Translate product priorities and complex business needs into actionable user stories, clear acceptance criteria, and delivery plans.

• Understand complex processes: Analyze finance and B2B workflows, identify dependencies across processes, data, systems, roles, and controls, and uncover the underlying business problem.

• Bridge business & technology: Apply strong technical fluency to understand APIs, data flows, interfaces, automation, and system boundaries.

• Coordinate cross-functional delivery: Work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and Technical Leads to ensure smooth handovers, development progress, and release readiness.

• Ensure quality & alignment: Challenge requirements, maintain alignment with product strategy, and ensure deliverables meet agreed acceptance criteria and quality standards.

• Manage stakeholders: Communicate clearly and transparently across technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Your Profile:

• Technical & Product Knowledge: You have a solid understanding of software development, engineering practices, product management, and backlog management.

• Process Expertise: You have experience with complex B2B or operational processes, ideally in finance, ERP, payments, billing, accounting, or internal platforms.

• Delivery Experience: You have experience coordinating projects or product deliveries and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Problem-Solving: You have strong analytical skills, challenge assumptions, and can effectively frame problems to identify practical solutions.

• Communication & Collaboration: You communicate confidently in English with technical and non-technical stakeholders and enjoy working in cross-functional teams. German is a plus.

• Technical Fluency: You are comfortable working with technical concepts such as APIs, data flows, integrations, automation, and system dependencies.

Team size: 6 people
The role is positioned within group.one and you collaborate with colleagues from different offices.

• Salary:

The minimum monthly gross salary for this position is € 3.500,-- (incl. an overtime allowance of 20 hours) for 38.5 hours/week. Actual compensation can be above this, depending on qualifications and professional experience.

• Working hours:

38.5 hours a week from Monday - Friday
