Job summary

RICO Elastomere Projecting GmbH is seeking an IT Generalist / System Administrator to join its IT infrastructure team. You will handle IT support, manage users and servers, and contribute to projects with a focus on customer service and reliability.

You will work on Active Directory, EntraId, Windows Server environments, and corporate networks, with on-site support and opportunities to shape the IT landscape.

Qualifications

• Completed IT training or relevant professional experience as an IT generalist.
• Experience with Active Directory / Entra and Windows Servers.
• Knowledge of corporate networks; basic firewall knowledge is a plus.
• Very good German language skills; English is a plus.
• Strong commitment to customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• IT Support for Hardware and Software
• Identifying, analyzing, and resolving malfunctions (remotely and on-site)
• Documentation in the Ticket System
• Participation in IT Projects
• Installation, configuration, and testing of IT components (PCs, laptops, printers, cell phones, etc.), as well as warranty claims processing
• Maintenance of media technology and the telephone system
• Setup and Management of Workstations, System Environments, and Applications
• Managing Users and Groups in Active Directory and EntraId
• Managing Servers and Network Infrastructure
• Creating user manuals and continuously expanding the documentation

• IT Support for Hardware and Software

• Completed IT training (apprenticeship/vocational school/technical college) or professional experience as an IT generalist
• Experience with Active Directory / Entra and Windows Servers
• Knowledge of Corporate Networks
• Basic knowledge of firewalls is a plus
• Strong commitment to customer service
• Very good German language skills;
  English language skills are a plus
• Initiative and the ability to work as part of a team
• Openness to new topics within the department
