Our Air Traffic Management Tower Solutions Team emphasizes individuality, integration, reliability, and user-friendliness, exemplified by our latest product, Remote Tower, which enables full remote monitoring of a tower from a central location, as demonstrated with Deutsche Flugsicherung. We are seeking an experienced engineer to join our delivery team, someone who approaches problems in safety-critical environments with creativity, precision, and passion. Key Tasks:

• Lead the technical project engineering team to ensure system specifications, setup, integration, and acceptance at customer sites.
• Serve as the primary contact for our customers on ongoing projects in various countries such as Poland, Netherlands, New Zealand, or the USA.
• Configure and commission IT and network components in a security-critical environment.
• Assess technical feasibility, co-design system architecture, and optimize systems considering cost-benefit aspects.
• Coordinate with internal and external suppliers, including documentation, testing, and software development teams.
• Conduct acceptance tests with customers, project teams, and stakeholders.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience as a system engineer or administrator.
• Technical background in IT, through apprenticeship, studies, or career change.
• Proficiency in Linux and practical experience.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%, mainly internationally.
• Interest in working in air traffic management.
• Excellent English skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Linux certifications like Red Hat Certified System Administrator are advantageous.
• Enjoy working with customers.
• Comprehensive knowledge of networks (Layer 2 & 3) and protocols (UDP, TCP, Multicast).
