Responsibilities
- Leadership of the Business IT Finance department (7 team members).
- Ensuring operation and further development of IT systems in the areas of Finance, Controlling, and BW (with a focus on SAP FI/CO and SAP BW).
- Management of change requests and participation in national and international projects.
- Close collaboration with departments and subsidiaries to ensure smooth operations.
- Operational support for team members with methodological and technical issues.
- Planning and coordination of tasks, schedules, and resources within the department.
Qualifications
- Completed education with a focus on business administration, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in a globally operating company.
- Leadership experience.
- In-depth SAP knowledge combined with strong business acumen.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- Hands-on mentality and the ability to proactively and solution-orientedly manage operational tasks.

Salary: We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal industry, adjusted to the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is €5,000 (based on full-time employment). The actual gross salary is determined individually and may be higher based on qualifications.
