Monitoring, administering and paying official annuities worldwide is a highly responsible and detail-oriented task. The timely renewal of IP rights ensures the continued protection of our clients’ patents, trademarks, and designs. Your Responsibilities:

• Monitor and coordinate the timely payment of annuities to maintain IP rights
• Keep track of all deadlines and ensure payments are executed accurately and reliably
• Handle correspondence with clients and authorities (in German and/or English)
• Manage deadlines and administrative workflows
• Perform client-specific tasks

Your Profile:

• Completed secondary education (e.g. business school, technical college, or equivalent)
• Professional experience is an advantage
• Very good German and English skills
• High level of independence and sense of responsibility
• Reliability and resilience
• Enjoy working in a team and taking on new challenges
• Interest in training and development in the IP field
