Silicon Austria Labs (SAL) in Graz, Austria, seeks a motivated PCB Design & Prototyping Intern to assist with hardware prototype development, including interface and breakout boards for industrial MCUs used in HIL setups.
You will collaborate with the engineering team on schematic design, PCB layout, prototype assembly, testing and validation, and document designs and test results. Ideal candidates are pursuing EE/Mechatronics with hands-on PCB experience and familiarity with KiCad or Altium.
We are looking for a motivated and practical PCB Design & Prototyping Intern to assist with the development of electronic hardware prototypes, including interface and breakout boards for industrial microcontrollers (MCUs) used in hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) setups. You will work closely with our engineering team on schematic design, PCB layout, prototype assembly, and the testing and validation of electronic circuits.
This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in Non‑University Research (Research Collective Agreement Section 19). The monthly gross salary for this position is € 1,461.00.
