If your brain likes to fire up creative ideas, but equally craves understanding how big companies run behind the scenes, this one’s for you.
You'll dive into both researching for consumer-facing media projects and internal processes/workflows, splitting your time between:
Creative Media Strategy - exploring fresh ways to communicate to young audiences while driving business goals.
Organizational Strategy - finding smarter ways for teams to work together and make those business goals happen.
At its core, this role is all about understanding people and culture on the internet - whether they’re putting on the consumer or employee hat.
We are looking for someone who can join our team in October for six months.
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
RESEARCH
You'll stay ahead of media industry trends, cultural shifts, and competitive activity to keep our brand plugged into what’s next online.
PRIORITIZATION CALENDAR
In this internship, you'll be the go-to person for helping teams navigate priorities, spot content programming opportunities for our brand to show up.
IDEATION
You'll come up with bold media activations that challenge how brands traditionally communicate.
INTERNAL TOOLS
Additionally you'll get to know our internal media planning tools, help optimize workflows, and support teams across countries with onboarding and best practices.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
You'll work with internal colleagues to drive impactful projects. Keep communication flowing, make sure deadlines are on point, and create seamless collaboration across departments.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
- When something catches your eye, you dive right in. Whether it’s learning a new tool or figuring out a tricky topic, you pick things up quickly and don’t stop until you’ve got it down.
- You’re not just interested in creating cool media campaigns - you want to understand the “why” behind the workflows of large organisations.
- You have your finger on the pulse of pop culture (gaming, sports, fashion, anime, etc.)
- You won’t call PowerPoint sexy, but you secretly like it as a way to pitch ideas. Bonus points if you know your way around Adobe Suite or tools like Airtable.
- You've worked in a creative or strategy team (brand or agency side) or are hungry to break into it.
