Overview

Tipsy Tuesday is one of Vienna’s most iconic and internationally successful event formats. Since 2010, we’ve been connecting people from all over the world – through unforgettable events, powerful collaborations, and a vibrant global network.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for motivated Marketing & Social Media interns (f/m/d) who are passionate about digital trends, creative storytelling, and building vibrant online communities.

Please Note: This is a voluntary internship (Volontariat); it is unpaid and does not cover travel arrangements or relocation costs. However, it offers valuable hands-on experience, networking opportunities, and performance-based benefits.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Support with content planning, posting, and community management
• Analyze reach, trends, and engagement to optimize performance
• Brainstorm and develop creative campaigns and collaborations
• Represent the brand online and contribute to strengthening our digital presence

Qualifications

• Passion for social media, marketing, trends, and digital culture
• Creativity, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset
• Reliability, initiative, and sense of responsibility
• Basic knowledge of content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Photoshop) is a plus
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn, grow, and make an impact
