Infineon Technologies in Austria invites students, interns, and trainees to join our team for a 12-month, flexible-hour role supporting SAP S/4HANA implementation, data analytics, and quality assurance in a global production environment.

You will learn ERP processes, work with international IT teams, and contribute to AI-driven initiatives using SAP Joule and other modern platforms. Fluent English required; German is a plus; a bachelor-level student is expected.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Informatics, or a related field.

• Foundations: Gain knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Infineon's global OneSAP template for Semiconductor production scheduling.
• Data Analytics: Support the analysis of transaction and interface errors while developing expertise in data analytics.
• Quality Assurance: Perform data corrections as well as validation and quality assurance activities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with international business functions and IT teams.
• Automation: Contribute to AI-driven innovations and develop Proof of Concept for AI agents using SAP Joule and other modern platforms.

• Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Informatics, or a related field
• Learning Mindset: Strong interest in modern ERP solutions, digital processes, and innovative technologies, combined with the motivation to continuously expand knowledge and skills
• Analytical and Technical Skills: Strong analytical thinking and a structured approach to understanding challenges and developing effective solutions. Experience with Excel and initial knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is an advantage
• Team Spirit: Enjoy collaborating in diverse, international teams and building positive relationships across functions
• Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken English skills. German language skills are an advantage

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group B for bachelor students, employment group D for master students (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2026-05-01.pdf).
