Are you looking for a 6-month full-time or part-time internship at an international company? Join us to gain hands-on experience in innovation, trends and tech management. You'll help identify emerging trends, technologies, and shifts in the competitive landscape, while also supporting creative communication strategies to share these insights. As part of a future-oriented team, you'll contribute to research, documentation, and workshops across various business units - gaining a deep understanding of how a global company stays ahead of the curve.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support in the implementation of a process to manage trends and emerging technologies, that informs strategy development and the subsequent innovation programs
• Support in the detection, research and analysis of emerging trends and technologies relevant for PALFINGER
• Support in the management of the centralized platform for content documentation
• Independent preparation and follow-up of workshops
• Close cooperation with various functions (product & technology management, business development, regulations)

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently studying a Masters program in Innovation Management, Entrepreneurship, or similar (UNI/FH)
• Solid knowledge of innovation management; a technical background would be an advantage
• Strong analytical skills, creative & innovative mindset as well as business acumen
• Team-oriented and proactive mindset
• Good command of English; German is an advantage

For this position, we offer a gross monthly salary of EUR 1,911.00 (full-time position) in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry.
