Job summary

Red Bull’s Global Student Marketing team seeks an energetic intern for six months starting January 2027 in Salzburg. You’ll help innovate the Student Marketeer Collection, leading creative development with stakeholders to stay on-brand for young consumers.

In this internship, you’ll provide creative & graphic design support to the Student & Field Marketing teams for a range of topics, including Global Webinars, Training Materials, and Partnership Proposals, while supporting Marketing Mix Model

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a university degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience as a Student Marketeer is a plus but not required.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong presentation skills.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a process-driven mindset.
• Fast learner who can work independently and stay organized.
• Creative problem-solver with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Team player with a proactive, hands-on approach and ownership mindset.
• High energy, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Join Red Bull’s Global Student Marketing team and help bringinnovation to the Student Marketeer Clothing Collection alongside in-house graphic design. Additionally, you'll support marketing analysis of 80+ markets helping to steer the Student Marketing program & brand to be increasingly relevant for 18-24 years-olds.

This role is fast-paced and hands-on: coordinating with local teams, driving partner activations, and keeping every project on track. If you’re full of energy, detail-obsessed, and ready to make things happen.

CREATIVE & GRAPHIC DESIGN

In this internship, you'll provide creative & graphic design support to the Student & Field Marketing team for a wide range of topics, including Global Webinars, Training Materials, Creative Assets & Partnership Proposals.

MARKETING ANALYSIS

You'll support with Marketing Mix Model analysis, working closely with markets to ensure data accuracy & quality.

Qualifications
