Internship (f/m/x) - CIB Client Management/Project Desk

We are now looking for an intern (f/m/x) to support the Project Desk team (38.5 hours/week).

#full-time (38.5h/week)

Your role with us on the team

1. Supporting process facilitation and customer-related projects (documentation, visualization, data analysis, and communication)
2. Assisting Relationship Managers and the Client Management Team (data retrieval, structuring, and general office support)
3. Supporting compliance and regulatory requests (data preparation, collection, and document archiving)
4. Assisting with the creation and maintenance of automated workflows and Power BI reports (using MS Power Automate)
5. Supporting database input, maintenance, and updates
6. Gaining insights into an agile team environment

We are looking for someone who

1. Is an active student, preferably in International Business, Export Management, or International Trade
2. Possesses excellent German and English skills; an additional CEE language is a plus
3. Has strong proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel
4. Enjoys analytical thinking and considers themselves a problem solver and proactive individual
5. Can effectively work in a multicultural environment
